Manuscript, on paper, in a single hand, of several sermons, mostly on New Testament texts. The sermons are designated for the first months of the liturgical year, beginning with "Advent Sunday" and ending with a sermon on the Feast of the Annunciation.

Luke Milbourne was educated at Cambridge and ordained in 1670. A supporter of Henry Sacheverell, he was appointed lecturer of St. Leonard, Shoreditch in 1688 and rector of St. Ethelburga, Bishopsgate, London, in 1704. He published 31 single sermons, several tracts, and Notes on Dryden's Virgil (1698), in which he attacked Dryden's skill as a translator. From the description of Sermons, circa 1700. (Unknown).
